@sumudu there's a number from which they message me about alerts related to my car. I just replied to that. I think the number should be available in their docs.
But I've discovered a problem - a post has to be 160 chars or less. Twilio is supposed to break longer texts to smaller chunks, but either Google Voice doesn't send them, or ifttt rejects them. Somewhere along the way, my paragraph long journal entries are getting lost.
Venmo remains the creepiest money tx service I've seen. Got an email to tell me I'm using an outdated version of the app and part of the process is to update my iOS. Also, way to punish customers for your website lack of feature parity.
TIL I can send SMS to IFTTT which can get posted to Day One. It’s not an MMS, so photos don’t go through. Also, I use Google Voice, so have to use their app for SMS. But it’s a good solution if you ever wanted to use the SMS interface for journaling.
@matigo yeah, I was surprised too, as I went down the list. Though the worst calamity was Time's own site. The CSS is funky and keeps moving the page down every time I click next.

@matigo basically what I've decided to do - aiming to read 19 books this year, and increase one every year. But world-building still doesn't get me a clear mental picture of faces. It's just something I'm acutely aware that I can't imagine clearly.
I've had dreams where I could see people's faces clearly, but those were one off.
