@matigo I'm surprised every day at the idea of 'capitalism is good for the economy, people, and competition'. When consistently, it's led to a duopoly in every field, how can we keep accepting Capitalism at face value? Every third position company, be it in telecom (Sprint/TMo vs ATT/Verizon), shipping (Fedex vs UPS/DHL), and medicine (don't remember the examples), is so far behind the top two that it's a joke to say that it's competition!
Fedex gave me the option to give a 1 question survey at the end of my call. I couldn’t because a) the service was #terrible, b) the person didn’t cut the call so I could give the survey. Well done on customer service #fedex! Not!
@matigo I middle finger all those keys @jws mentioned. Dunno why I got that habit, but I just feel that maybe the middle finger is just stronger when it comes to punching keys :P
