@matigo they've been cribbing about monetization lately. Like, Twitter Videos can't be monetized properly because of twitter's restrictions.
@variablepulserate the pods fall out of it easily, and don't go in easily either. It feels wonky to use. The depth of the older case was a very, very good feature.

I can kinda, sorta, imagine a world where twitter gets bought by a conglomeration of news media houses and they run it with the singular aim of monetizing the crap out of almost all non-breaking-news items.
