The only catch is that they expect you to pay upfront $10 or so for 10 months (primarily to avoid cheap-fees, but it sets you up for a loooong time.) The wife's defunct WP blog is hosted on it - http://blog.jahanvibishnoi.com and her Koken site too - http://www.jahanvibishnoi.com as well as a wallabag installation I was once playing with. (Ignore this) For $1/month, you get a lot of subdomains :)
