@feorlen I think I know the answer - second hand MacBook Pro for $300-400. That's your best bet. Get an old one which would allow you to amp up the RAM and install SSD and you'll be happier than a well fed penguin baby!
@feorlen ok now I'm curious too. Chrome book is not an option, I suppose; and RasPi is too difficult to work with the way you want.
